I have been a loyal customer of N.Peal for years now. This time they unfortunately sent me a wrong product, which happens and it is fine. However, I didn’t appreciate that they sent me the product that I paid for after they received my return. Therefore, not by my fault, the deluvery of the correct product was delayed by over a week, so I was punished by their mistake. I can understand the policy though of course, but with my record with the brand I would have expected a more trusting process.
