Item ordered at the end of November for a Christmas present with delivery date promised of 6 to 11 days. Item arrived late, requested to return as ipad was not a UK version. This was not made clear on ordering.This company trades on false pretenses, pretending to be a London based UK company. Does not answer WhatsApp messages or emails and have not provided a returns address. Abs shocking. Do not believe the positive reviews.
