A long story short, I am very particular about things, and Pure Nails are just as patient and helpful.
I splurged a bit on a few items for a friend’s birthday. They arrived, with no real “faults” at all. I did notice a small scratch on one item, and that the rubber was slightly wonky on another.
I emailed the company and they were so so kind, and got these issues (that certainly wouldn’t have been an issue to most) resolved. I really appreciate their products and lovely customer service. Thankyou :))
