Due to the lock down I spoke to Daniel over the phone. I was pleasantly surprised by the detailed advise and consulting I was provided. Following the delivery we were not 100% certain about the chain, and I was put in touch with Marianne, the production manager, her attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. The bottom line is that the aftercare service I received was excellent.
