I was on the search for an engagement ring and thanks to regular meetings with Paul in the MK office I was brought up to speed on what characteristics to look for in a Diamond. I was sceptical about the process of selecting a diamond and then a ring setting but this is a more modern and cost-effective way of creating your perfect ring. It is also extremely rewarding to be part of this selection process giving a real sense of ownership to the final product. Communication was superb and customer service fantastic.
