Jag was lovely and went through great effort to source the specialist parts needed for our repair. He went to multiple outlets for us and ordered in several items as to expedite the repair. He went out of his way to attend our property after 5 and was incredibly kind and helpful, even going so far as to give us advice on other issues we are having. His work was efficient and clean and we are so grateful for his service
