DO NOT EVER EVER EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY! SCAM! Quite possibly the worse company I have EVER come accross. Order number 25100. Ordered on the 22nd May 2022. 8.5 weeks later - thats 63 days - YES 63 days and I have still not had my doors or even a delivery date. Here are the excuses I have received over the last 5 weeks: 1) Phone call to say order too big for the delivery wagon, so has to be delivered on stand alone vehicle - will be witrh you next week 2)Email to say order is with the courier, you will receive then next week 3)Email to say order is now actually with trhe couyrier, they will be delivered next week 4)Email to say the doors have arrived at the supplier and will be shipped and with you next week This is also a time line, so you can clearly see they have lied to me each time. And hilariously it is showing on their website 'OUR BUILDING HAS HAD A POWERCUT AT 11AM TODAY WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS OR ACCESS OUR SYSTEMS. WE HOPE POWER WILL RESUME SOON'... I mean that's just hilarious! proper scraping the barrell for exuses! As well as the emails, I have phoned - if your lucky enough to get through, they say they will 'escalate' my order, the order has now 'received vip status', the order will be 'fasttracked'. Several times they will speak to 'dispatch' and the 'manager' and ring me back - never did, all lies, pathetic excuse of a company. How is this company actaully allowed to be trading - its quite amazing really. Luckily I paid with a credit card!!
