Book the tests you need and then you will receive another email for a video conversation appointment.
In my case, they did not have enough appointments but Sam managed to help us.
A quick video during which I opened the tests tested myself my wife and my kid and that was it.
A few minutes later we uploaded the pictures on the online platform and within a couple of hours we got the certificates we needed for the Airplane flight to the USA.
