The ethos behind the company and the customer focus is spot on. Unfortunately after 2 weeks of using the earthing sheet I have yet to experience a change in my rubbish sleeping pattern. After speaking to Steve, he explained that the time taken to experience an improvement can vary, from immediate to many months. He has reassured me sufficiently to persevere and give it some more time - and offered to reimburse me at any time in the future if I don't see any improvement in my sleep. Now that's confidence in the product! Really impressed with the customer service. Very honest, genuine and trust worthy.
