I ordered fitted earthing sheets. The sheet fitted nicely over the matress. In the first 2 weeks of using the sheets, I felt one by one my old pains revisited me, now they have disappeared. I spoke to someone who told me this can happen to some people but it does pass, which it has. I am glad that happened to me as I now know the sheet really works. I still have my arthritis, it may be a little better but I think it is too soon to say, but overall I feel a suttle improvement in my wellbeing, as though I have been on a health kick - but without having to do the work.
