I did end up getting three quotes. First quote arrived after two days, second after 8 days and third after 10 days. When trying to get some answers on questions though, there was less of a response.
Anyway, I'll probably go with the second quote as they were the quickest to respond to my queries and it seems like a reasonable solution.
I guess companies are not that keen to get a $2k job when there are bigger jobs out there....
