We had issues with our 3d printer. We ended up ordering some spare parts after quick chat with their technical team. Both parts arrived promptly; however, the delivery card got lost for one. I contacted Neil via the online chat and he resolved the issue within 20 minutes. It’s been a pleasure talking to all the team at solid print and will continue to use their service. I recommend anyone who is looking for advice and/or guidance about 3d services.
