Avoid Avoid Avoid !!! Have to say this must be the most disappointing shopping experience, I bought 100£ worth of goods from Sorell, everything I received did not fit and did not look the same as the website, I returned everything the same day and I had to pay for it from my pocket. Fear enough but they won’t return my money , they give credit note , why would I need a credit note if I don’t want to buy anything from that website ever! Imagine you can not try this clothes so you buy them but then YOU ARE STUCK with this company because you will never get your money back! I emailed them many time but the customer service is really really poor. So don’t make the same mistake like me , if you buy something and it won’t fit you won’t get your money back you will have to buy something else instead ! This is crazy ! Please read their term and conditions before you purchase anything - it’s just not worthed ! They are making quick money on us vulnerable customers ! KARMA
