Ordered a dress (not on pre order) 7 days ago with my friend ordering at the same time, My friend has received her parcel while it states on my Hermes tracker that it’s still waiting to be delivered emailed them continuously and also messaged on Instagram to be told they don’t email personnel problems the dress was for a special occasion and I can’t see the dress arriving anytime soon
