Original payment method was through Klarna.
I returned the items I didn't want and received a credit note.
Upon my second order using the credit note/gift card, one of the item didn't match the description so I returned it along with some other items that didn't suit me.
Sorelle UK refused to reimburse or accept the return for The falsely described item and offered to send it back to me using a PayPal transaction to cover the postage. Sorelle uk also didn't credit the rest of the returns back onto the gift voucher.
This happened in May, they then started ignoring my emails up until recently.
They are now saying they haven't received any returns from me, sadly I no longer have the reciept proof.
I am out of pocket of nearly £100.00.
