I would rate a 0 if given the option!
Disgraceful company, can’t believe they are allowed to treat their customers as they do!
You do not get a refund only a credit not but I returned sale items due to AWFUL quality and they sent an email back saying I have 7 days to pay a further £3.99 to cover the cost of them returning my items to me or my items will be destroyed.
So I paid £60 to this website and my clothes have been destroyed and I can’t get my money back.
