The worst experience, I love to online shop and have been ordering from PLT,Boohoo,missguided,isawirfirst and a couple more for years! As I have always been happy with these companies I had no doubts ordering from here. I had pre-ordered an item which I didn't know and got next day delivery.. item took a month to come and was not happy with how it looked or the quality of it! Now the catch is that you cant actually get a refund they give you a gift card for their store.. now this makes a lot of sense as reading all the bad reviews I can imagine how many customers they would lose out on.. this case you have no choice but spend your money at a store you dont like dont trust and dont want to buy from. The lady who was dealing with my complaint was also unpleasant, was not apologetic and did not even reply to my last email, very unprofessional! I suggest you keep this as your last resort to order from, there are amazing trustworthy online companies you can but from in confidence instead, and if having any issues you would be refunded/compensated therefore dont have to think twice before buying an item.Most online shops have free returns and exchanges, whereas here you also have to pay for your own shipping.
