Fahrrad Top - Service Flop. Hatte eine Ersatz - Akku bestellt und bereits bezahlt. Der Akku wurde über GLS verschickt und kam nicht bei mir an. Am Telefon wurde ich vertröstet und ich bekam wenig bzw. keine Information wann ich mit dem Akku rechnen kann. Könnte noch Wochen dauern...
Wenn der Service so schlecht ist, sollte man sich sehr stark überlegen, ob man beim Online Händler ein Fahrrad kauft... würde ich nicht wieder machen
