Ich wusste zu keiner Zeit, wo sich mein Fahrrad befindet. Die Videos von eurem Geschäftsführer sind ja ganz nett, aber eigentlich hat der einzelne Kunde keine spezielle Information erhalten.
Ich befinde mich aktuell im Urlaub und habe einige Anrufe vom Paketdienstleister erhalten, die mein Paket nicht zustellen konnte, da ich wieder wusste, dass es in auf Lieferung ist noch wann es ankommt.
Ich denke, ich sollte die Wahl eures Logistikdienstleistersnoch mal überdenken und den Tracking-Link deutlich früher versenden und transparenter gestalten.
