14 months ago we started renovations in our townhouse- an en-suite, main bathroom, small toilet under the stairs and small laundry. We were given a timeframe of 4 months tops….hmmm. However, today with our lovely new builders, we were moments away of wrapping up this crazy last 14 months… and then it was realized that the wrong toilet coupled cistern thing had been ordered 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ So of course the toilet could not be done *Insert heart attack* Anyway- one quick call to the Blue Space (who we bought alot of stuff from) and I was connected with Ellie- I explained the situation and that I needed to know the specific model number so the plumbers could hopefully get it today. Because if they couldn’t, I’d have to wait another week! Not to mention- I had 3 big plumbers sitting next to me listening in, also hoping she would come through with the goods lol. Not only was Ellie sweet and kind, she was VERY helpful. It can be hard to find people like this sometimes! She had sent the order that we needed to my inbox in less than ten mins. So much time has now been saved. And my sanity is now returning LOL Thanks so much Ellie! ❤️
