I used the sizing guide to order the correct sock size but unfortunately, when they arrived, they were much too large for me. When I enquired about a return, I received awful customer service from the "Chief Knitter". I explained that I'd like to request a refund due to the socks not fitting and her response was "They will fit well as long as you ordered correctly" and that they've been around for 100 years and because so, I must have been wrong about my shoe size. Their rude response was offputting and surprising. If you're not sure if these socks are right for you, I would recommend not bothering and ordering from another more helpful and polite company. What a shame.
