Tuffnells lost our carpet twice, the second time being declared lost for good. It took 13 days to get the carpet to us. A large fraction of this time we had to wait in a few hours until it became clear from discussion with flooring megastore it was not coming.
I'd far rather had the next day delivery advertised.
