DO NOT USE!!!
You will not believe how incompetent they are. Support staff are unhelpful and unapologetic. You will have to make all the running to solve their problems.
Your failed deliveries and a fifth driver arriving to pick up the package we were waiting to be delivered.
The package, a £1500 bike, completely lost despite saying it had been delivered. They didn’t know where but signed with a big cross and no name or picture.
Would give 0 stars if I could.
