Was told in email that delivery would be made today, 10th May. Missed a friends funeral because of this. Waited in all day. It's now 19.30pm and still no delivery; no information; track and trace useless - it never changed; no apology for delay or explanation for no delivery. This is appalling. Untrustworthy and incompetent.
