Absolute rubbish company! VERY UNRELIABLE, DO NOT even think of using them! I booked through Interparcel, chose my day and stayed in all day to be told when I rang at 6pm that the driver ran out of time and my parcel would be collected the next day. I arranged to leave the parcel outside. Not collected and was told it was a failed collection. My door bell camera showed that Tuffnells had not called during the day. I was then promised a collection the following week and again stayed in all day and again the driver ran out of time! Because I was returning goods and had a short window for refund I had to cancel the collection and pay a lot more for next day collection from UPS. No problems with them at all but at a cost. Will never use Tuffnells again!
