Awful company. Booked on 3rd May for next day collection. We had 7 spin bikes to be collected, so it wasn't cheap. Nobody arrived to collect. In fact no one collected, Thursday or Friday, or over the weekend, we had to wait 14 days. Was advised by company that if bikes had not been collected after 14 days I would get a refund. If I cancelled before the 14 days it was non refundable, if they arrived and I wasn't their it would be classed as non refundable. 14 days of loss of earning and paying for storage which should of been 1 day ended up being 14 days. Collection driver thought he was collecting tyres !!!! Bikes then disappeared for 2 days and then finally after 16 days arrived at there destination
