Ordered an Easter chicken package, received confirmation email, however the product didn’t get delivered.
Spoken to a member of staff and received a credit, albeit this system issue means my Sunday lunch is no more.
Not good and would of thought that if you’re making delivery commitments then you need to fulfil these accordingly.
