Really successful, truly delicious meal and an enjoyable cooking experience. It’s VERY rich and full of cream and butter - that was a bit of a shock, but go with it and don’t worry about the calories. Videos were overlong so I fast forwarded which gave me what I needed. The booklet was very comprehensive and helpful. Quantities were very generous so we had plenty of leftovers and a spare pud. You need oil for deep frying (the wonderful eggs) and a set of weighing scales which aren’t mentioned in the instructions. The lovage was missing in my parcel but I noticed in time to get some elsewhere. Altogether I’d definitely recommend this - it’s quite complex and you do have to concentrate but it’s 100% worth it.
