The telephone advice I received was fantastic, I had a very non standard space to install a shower in and called back so many times to check various details I practically had the advisor on speed dial! I spoke to the same person nearly every time and he talked me through every element of the product and installation. The product arrived on time and my plumber said the tray installation was smooth and trouble free. I have yet to tank the area and tile but the kit looks like it will give the finish and waterproofing I needed.
