I'm in the middle of a project and I am thrilled with the service to date. I have never used this company before and I'm almost shocked at both the quality of the product and the quality of the assistance. I'll be calling in on Monday and if anything changes, I'll note it.
By the way, I'm specifying products for a renovation project - I have business accounts in a variety of lighting stores, but this company had the greatest selection of profiles in one place.
My only slight criticism is that the website is slow to load and often freezes on my desktop.
