I purchased the Hollywood mirror large, white, with bluetooth speakers, sensor dimmer, USB and power points in November 2020 and the mirror has been nothing but a dream! Heidi was a real pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions promptly prior to purchasing. It arrived extremely quickly in 6 days from interstate, and was well packaged. Upon arrival the temperature setting didn’t work, after-hours in her own time she personally rang me and spoke to her tech people to help resolve the situation that day which was an easy fix. Can not fault the customer service at all! I have now had this mirror for 8 months now and it is perfect. It is used daily, the music through the speakers is fantastic on nights when getting ready to go out, I can do my make up and hair from the mirror while allowing hubby to use the ensuite for himself. Worth every penny and I recommend them and this mirror to anyone. Instructions to set up are easy to follow. Definitely holds the spotlight in my beauty corner.
