Honestly your service is perfect if not that you often call before you can gety coin release which is mostly annoying sometimes cos I could be busy you or at where I'm not allowed to take calls so I think the calling aspect isn't really necessary since I already have the verification done cos my last purchase was something else due to the call because you said you couldn't get to me due the voicemail that was activated on my phone which I don't know how if not that you gave me a number to call my last purchase would have been a failed one so I suggest you act for customers opinion before engaging he/she on a call for purchase he/she made cos I myself really don't like the calling aspect cos most times I make purchase I'm often at work
