I really need to speak with a human. I took a policy with you originally in 2022. (YPGC0065959) which renewed in 2023. I sold the insured vehicle and changed to a new temporary vehicle. Then I tried to change to a new vehicle and the app would not let me am mend the policy. I thought I was changing the details to my new car but instead inadvertently took out a new policy (YGPC0138147). I tried to cancel the previous policy but was being asked for a cancellation fee and have made numerous attempts to contact Yoga directly without success. I have been paying for 2 policies ever since. I wish to cancel the first policy and have the payments refunded back dated to 4th August 2023. Please respond.
