My trustpilot review. '3 tins of blackjack roof covering. All badly dented, looking like they've been dropped off roofs. When I contacted them they were only concerned if they had leaked. I wouldn't buy tins with dents all over the top, bottom and sides. Looks like they've been selling damaged reject goods. Maybe they could advertise the state their goods are being sent in. I've complained but you did nothing other than ask if the tins had leaked. Response is pointless. You're useless. After numerous e-mails, sending photos of damaged tins, sending tins back, I neither have the goods or 50 pounds I paid for them. Think that constitutes theft. Am sorting this through Paypal and the bank. I will also contact trading standards. This company is a rogue trader. Can see from other reviews that I am not the only one to encounter such despicable service. They have decided to ignore me. They have stolen my 50 pounds. I'll not be going away. They used Parcel Force to deliver the goods. No decent delivery driver/company would have delivered goods in such a poor state. Don't know what they have actually done with the returned goods. You'd have expected the replacements to be delivered at the same time as the damaged goods were returned. Disgusted with Zoro and Parcel Force.'
