Your technician was excellent. However you failed to keep me up to date on the status of the order. When I placed my audience I was told it would be less then 3hrs it took almost 9hrs for the tech to arrive. It took the tech 5min to do the job.

The technician was awesome, knowledgeable and courteous, The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the door dash , He picked up two car batteries had them placed side by side in his car and it took 15 minutes to make sure that I got the right battery. (Not to mention that presentation looked rough) I was under the impression and according to your advertisement that driver would come with battery and it was an un marked vehicle ?! He had Uber advertised in the front of vehicle…I was looking for 1-800 battery truck , I thought it was handled very poorly and very pricey , but I was very desperate- I will plan accordingly next time and will not refer , cuz this whole ordeal would creep out my friends.

I paid for the battery and install the day before! My technician was scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00am and didn't show up until after 11:00 which made me late for work and I tried repeatedly to reach someone on line but failed to get any help! I will say that once I called the telephone number provided on the website the gentleman got in touch with the tech and gave me an update!

The technician came earlier than the time I had scheduled on your website, which was inconvenient since I was working. He replaced the battery and my car still would not start. He said he did not test the old battery, which I thought your website said would be done before replacement. I wound up having my vehicle towed to be checked out and am not sure I needed the new battery.

ETA was 60-80 min and they didn’t come until the next day. I tried reaching out to customer service and there was no answer

I ordered a Die Hard Gold battery and got a FVP battery, the price of the Die Hard I ordered was about $40.00 more than the FVP battery I got. I called and complained and was told a claim will be filed. Never heard anything.

Original appointment was scheduled for 8 -10 am. No one showed by 11 am so I called. Turns out technician never responded. They had to get another technician who couldn't come to my home until 5-6 pm. When no one arrived by 6:45 pm I called again and threatened to cancel. Technician arrived at 7:30 pm. The technician was excellent but overall scheduling service was dreadful. I would never recommend doing business with 1800 Battery.com

Unfortunately, 24hrs after having them jump my car and help with a battery that was installed 5 months ago; the battery is dead again despite charging it for an hour and driving it for 45 minutes to recharge. The technicians have been nice and on time, but the overall service has not been reliable.

Order # 51237. Had 8 am - 10 am window. Did not receive service until after 12 pm. (Install tech was quick once on site). Did not receive any warranty info for battery, no box as tech simply pulled from back of his trunk Exide SX-H5/L2/47. This did not match what was shown on initial order sheet so not sure if correct. Also 2 confirmation emails showed price of $201..99 47H , second email showed battery price of $289.99. i called customer service, waited on hold for over an hour, finally left vm for callback and have not received any followup call as of 23 hours later. Again, no issue with tech once on site but not sure about what i bought vs what i received along with wasted morning waiting to get service.

was in contact with support at 11 am to schedule someone to come out. scheduled any time between 4-6. at 6pm i called foran update and was on hold for 2 hours with nobody answering the help texts. sub contractor called at 8:00 and came at 9pm.

Very disappointing experience. The technician was very nice but was sent with a battery that did not fit the car. The tech contacted the "office" and they said the car required a specific OEM battery and Battery.com could not purchase said battery from its suppliers. Therefore, the entire effort was useless and remained with a dead battery. Battery.com refunded the price of the battery but did not refund the trip expense. Since the contract was to replace a battery and they could not provide the proper battery, I would think the entire expense should be negated. Called to ask for full refund and nothing was done to provide customer satisfaction. Not a good way to build a business.

Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday morning for the following morning for the 8am-10am window. Waited around Sunday morning for the tech to show up and when they had not by 1030am, I called. Sat on the line for 30 mins before finally getting someone to inform me that there was not a technician available in the area for the day I was scheduled for. Took another 24 hours for someone to show up. The technician was was great and quick. This was the only positive of my experience with 1 800 battery.

At 2pm there were no other appointments for a battery replacement for same day so I chose an appointment for the following day at 8am. The following morning, no showed up. No calls, no email updates. I had to reach out to customer service. By 11am they finally responded and said the earliest they could get someone out to my house was 5pm to replace the car battery. There shouldn’t be available appointments online at 8 am when there is no one available until 5pm.

2/5 It's ridiculous that your website allows appointments for times that you don't accept. At 2, I made an appointment for 6 that day. No one contacted me to let me know that the appointment would not be honored. When I called at 7, you kept me on hold for an hour and never answered. That being said, when the appointment was rescheduled it was honored punctually and my car was serviced satisfactorily. So you avoid one star.

I was happy with how fast the delivery and installation were BUT double the price of a battery from any auto part store was not worth it to me. I should have just Ubered to the nearest auto parts store and installed it myself. I would not recommend it to my friends.

Super responsive, the techs are awesome. Turns out I did not need a battery. Had to pay the $100 fee for the tech visit, which is completely fine. It’s now like pulling teeth trying to get a refund issues. Have left texts, voice mails, and emails with no response. Again, the response time and techs they send are absolutely excellent

Waiting in refund for 20 days. My card was charged, driver came but battery brought was not compatible with the car. Have been waiting for a full refund unsuccessfully.
