Only gave a 1 because they don't have zero. Waited around for 6 1/2 hours. They said around 3 then 4 then the guy is on the way to calling only to find out the tech was not coming. Did not even have the dessency to call and tell me he was not coming.

less than one star, bad service bait and switch tactic. I ordered a diehard new battery for a total of $300. to be delivered including installation. The installer brought a used battery which was useless. He didn't even have the right tools to work with, I had to lend him my tools to work with. after a lengthy argument they hat to take it back the junky battery. If you need a battery service call AAA

One star or less! Ordered a diehard Brand new battery for $ 300 to install, what I received a used junky battery to replace my dead one. the installer didn't have the right tools to to do the job, he used my tools to unhook my dead battery. After a lengthy argument on the phone I declined their service and made them take back the junky old battery. lesson learnt, if you need battery service call AAA

0 communication unless I reach out and ask for an update n why they are beyong their window of appointment. Spend $300+ and havent received an email or anything pertaining to my order. So far seems like a SCAM

I consider the proposed service with your company to be fraud. The service was never comleted. The technician did not have a complete set of tools #2. He was never able to remove the old battery.#3. I was told he would test the system, battery, alternator, and starter. He said he did, but I don't see how when he didn't even have a tester. After he failed even remove the old battery, it became obviously the technician had no idea what he was doing and I became worried he would damage my car.

Sold me a bad battery and refused to refund my money or bring me another battery....so I'm stuck with a dead diehard battery!

Charged for full price of battery swap even though they only provided jumpstart service. Been calling all week for refund with no success. SCAM company! Never use this company.

Show up late. Said my battery was good and to take it to the shop to have alternator replaced. Changed bill to 100$ for jumpstart service. But charged me $387 for battery and install that never happened. Still 2 weeks after and they still haven't refunded me the extra money. Total sham. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else.

The service was horrible! I was provided a window between 10AM-2PM but no showed until 6pm. I missed a whole day of work. In addition, I paid for a $300.00 battery that was defective. I had to pay additional money to get my car towed to a local car repair who confirmed the battery was defective and replaced it and now my car is running with no issues. They refuse to issue me a refund for the defective battery. Hopefully noone experience the same issue. Time and money lost!

I wish I never contacted this company for help. Was told they would be there between 2 and 4. Never showed up. After me having to call them multiple times for status updates when they said they would call me ...I was given excuse after excuse. We can't find the tech.... he isn't answering our calls ....he has to drop off kids....what kind of business is this? By 8pm I was fed up and canceled my order after wasting my day waiting on them. The person on the phone sounded almost happy I was canceling. Fast forward two days later they still have a transaction pending in my account from the canceled order. Save yourself the hassle and find another service

Made an appointment for 10:00-12:00 today. Never came, even after texted. Kept saying couldn't reach tech. Then said maybe 3:00-4:00 but not sure. No excuse. I made a specific appointment so wouldn't happen. Two-hour window should be enough. Wasted most of day for appointment that never came.

I ordered a battery to be delivered and installed. The communication from this company was abysmal making me have to sit around for an entire day waiting for delivery. They never contacted me about any delays in delivery. Each time I called then I was given a different reason for the delay and no clear delivery time. This company came of as disorganized.

In theory, your company addresses a real need, however, your execution is far from desirable,,, After ordering my battery at 9AM I was informed that the ETA would be just over 3 hours, After waiting the prementioned 3 hours I called to inquire about the delivery, I was told the driver is on his way and would be there in a hour , after 1 hour still no battery so I called again and was told that they were unable to contact the driver but he would be there soon, I finally made a 3rd call after waiting an additional 2 hours, all in all the delivery showed up approximately 4 hours after it was promised...

Horrible service, never again. The technician left the battery here, promised to come back for it and dropped the ball. I contacted customer service, they said someone would be here to get it asap, never came. save your money, do it yourself - what a waste...

When I placed my order, their ETA was 2 hours give or take. Unfortunately, they never showed so I canceled the order I had placed. Not until the next day, after already canceling, did I get a text saying a tech was on their way and would arrive shortly. Not only did this disrupt arrangements I had made to replace the battery on my own but it showed how the company doesn't do a good job of communicating with their employees and is not holding certain standards towards their customers when they say they will be arriving at a certain time.

This company is a joke. My techician was 3 hours past due and all they could tell me is "she was supposed to be there an hour ago. We apologize for the inconvenience." I cancelled. I wasted a whole day waiting when i should have tried another service. I THOUGHT this would be timely and convenient. Hah!

Disappointed in first appointment, was scheduled for 12-2pm and no one showed. No phone call or text. I had to call multiple times and was told the technician was on the way. Wasted a whole day waiting for nothing. Of course they made sure to remove the funds for the service immediately that morning. Never again.

Poor customer service. Scammed me out of over $300 for a battery that was still under warranty. Spoke to the owner who said I was only supposed to be charged $25.00 service fee and I’d be refunded. My refund was promised in March it’s April and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Scam. Stay away from this place.
