Sorry couldn't find a .2 star so I hit 1 star. The installer installed a battery on my BMW that made it shut down completely, after I demanded he fix the problem the tech advised he was calling his support but actually called the police. The police told him he was an idot for wasting there time, apparently these techs have no supervisor or help after 5pm so they panic when they have an issue. My vehicle is now broken and BNW has no idea what has happened to my car, after calling the 800# and asking for a call back Chris and his company have refused to respond, but instead have now charged me $112 for there tech coming out breaking my car taking the battery he installed put and putting my battery back in. Despite putting my old battery back my vehicle still has major electrical problems and is currently not working, can't believe they charged me for not doing the only thing they advertise they do right. You guys are crooks and will have to be shut down to learn a lesson

Well we finely got it done after 8 hours, a wrong battery and a service tech who was very professional, but not sure about the skill sets. Alicia did her best, but needed my assistance. A better compliment of tools would have helped her. I used your service because I was out of town with no access to my tools. I would say your advertising is misleading and gave me a false sense of relief that I could be back on the road to get home (300 miles away) within 3 hours. The cost did not matter, I was paying for the advertised service…..definitely not worth the $298. I can not recommend to anyone unless they are prepared to wait longer than is stated. Dan Riordan

I set a time between 8 and 10 AM online. My car was in a parking lot so I had to borrow a car to get there. I waited for two hours and never got a call or text. I had to call back 1800batterey and was told the technician didn't come to work?! There was no explanation as to why I was not contacted. I had to wait another 45 minutes for a callback and was told a technician would be there in an hour. this time I did receive tracking software so I knew the time of arrival. That technician did change my battery but had some issues with the terminals. The car started and I dove to get the car I borrowed returned and when iI stopped the car it would not start again. It turned out that the terminal needed to be replaced. Requiring me to borrow another car to get the part and replace it. All totaled, it took 7 hours. When I signed up for the service I thought it would be a convenience but it ended to be a major disappointment for the money. I should have changed the battery myself and saved the cost that was charged.

The delivery guy was great. I filled out the info on the website and had picked the battery it stayed for the car. The delivery guy came and said I had purchased the wrong battery. Luckily he had one that would work in his van. He said the battery was cheaper than the one I purchased. I still haven’t been contacted by anyone to tell me if it is the right battery and how much will be reimbursed.

Nope. I was given a 2 hr time frame when i ordered it at 1pm today. 4 hrs later i had not recieved any word on this so i called at 4:26 pm to get an update and was told it would be 45 min. I then said if it was later than 6pm to cancel it. While i was on the phone with customer service i received a txt at 6:09 pm that it would be 3 min till arrival. I told customer service that I'd already left and this should have been cancelled. I then learned that the service man was coming from Orlando which is across the state. I wasnt told any of this previously. Why would you take a job when you didn't have anyone in the service area. No communication! This is very poor service and i will not pay this. (service charge) If you insist i will fight the charge and report this to the BBB.

Dishonest, misleading, severe lack of communication. Expected by 5:30 (3+ hours after set up, no where close to the advertised average time). Got message it would be moved to 9-10 am next day. 9:45, I called, they said they’d be 45 minutes. 90 minutes later called and they had no idea when tech would arrive. Had to cancel, as well as cancelling an event I was supposed to attend with my daughter. Very bitter about what 800 BATTERY cost me.

Terrible terrible terrible company, service, and customer service. Not BBB accredited! Technician was 2 hours late with a 1997 battery. My car is a 2021. Technician tried to put the 1997 battery in my car. It didn’t fit. Technician went to autozone for a battery and returned without one. I was given a new quote for a 2017 battery for $350 Said they would order one and come back the next day. Again my car is a 2021 Toyota Corolla, why they quoted me for a 2017 with a technician on site I can’t explain. I no longer felt the company was professional. That was like mistake number 5 and they were charging me more money for the so called correct 2017 battery which obviously wouldn’t a right battery for a 2021 Corolla. So I opted to get a refund. They Charged me $100 for cancellation. The manager over the phone blamed the whole thing on me saying it’s my fault somehow. Mind boggling I know.I have the manager Jacob recorded on video saying very rude disrespectful unprofessional things also. If anyone wants the video I’ll post it to YouTube. Company still hasn’t refunded my $275

Placed an order at 8:30 paid for the battery. Waited all morning for them to show up to arrive in their window time which is 12 to 2. They called me at 12:55 saying they couldn’t find a technician to come out and fix my car. I would not use them ever again!

Order #22660, appointment date March 4, 2022. Technician was 1/2 hour late and unable to change the battery. I have emailed a request for a refund, with no reply. I have called and spoken to your operators Bianca and Alec, both were apologetic and Alec said he would take it to the company President. I am still waiting for a refund. Due to the aggravation that started with your technician I request a full refund of $268.17.

I had been quoted an hour. I called to make sure everything was okay and the man said yes he’d be there in one hour. An hour and a half pass and I call. The lady informs me she doesn’t have a good address and no one had been dispatched. I asked how much longer and she did not know. I waited two more hours. The driver reaches out that he is there, but the wrong location despite me providing my address twice. He arrives after a total of 4 hours waiting. Horrible experience.

I tried a number of times to get ahold of someone and never received any sort of reply. They sent the wrong type of battery and an aftermarket one.

Where do I start... I set a reservation for 4-6pm on Monday which was fairly simple on the website. I received 2 follow up calls from customer service BEFORE the scheduled service when it came to updating my order for a more expensive battery. Provided the “Ok” and payment information for that, along with them confirming my technician would be there between the 4-6pm scheduled time. When no one showed by 6pm, I called customer service to have them essentially tell me that they haven’t heard from the technician to confirm he’ll be out there so they’d call him again and then get back to me….. another hour passes. I call again to have the same nonsense told to me and that the technician is likely not going to be able to service me that night. They assured me that the technician would be out at 9am on the dot the next morning. By 9:30 the next morning, I needed to call again as I had not heard a peep. Customer service then tells me via their text message customer service because I could not get through to anyone on a call that the technician would not get to me until NOON! At this point, I’m furious and this is an extreme inconvenience for having to constantly adjust my meetings for work. To make matters even worse…. The technician didn’t show until 2:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous and I sincerely hope this gets to management and they can get in touch with me. It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced and that’s not an exaggeration.

I ordered a Diehard Battery with 900 CCA and found an Exide 760 CCA battery installed in my Jeep Grand Cherokee by the 1-800-battery Installer. The difference was: Diehard Battery $304 installed free and Excide $235. This was "bate and switch" with no notice until the battery was installed. In addition, the stop/start failure light is now on the dash display and I was charged $22 for a free install. The Installer told my wife if you have any problems call and we will come out. Called 1-800-battery and was told another visit would cost $100. Told the representative to come back and get the Excide battery and I will buy a Diehard battery and install it myself. (10 minutes with proper tools) The representative said it would cost $100 for a battery return and refund. Told the representative to return and get the battery or I will call my credit card company and challenge the battery transaction for not providing the product, service paid for and damage to my jeep!
