I would give a 0 if possible. I hired Jan 3- they were supposed to arrive at 11am- by 4pm ish they showed up without the correct battery- came back by 6pm put it in. It lasted a week of making weird sounds before having to be jumped again. Aaa had to come out and jump it. It died the next day. When I got back to town, I called the company, someone was supposed to come out Feb 2nd- no show- several calls later he shows up on the 3rd doesn’t knock to let me know he’s there or anything - apparently the wrong battery was installed … and apparently y another battery was put in and I was charged am additional $99!!!! Well guess what? I go to start it the next day.. guess what won’t start because the battery isn’t installed correctly…. I call and was put on hold for over 30 mins.. worst customer service and worst company ever!!!!! I want my full refunds!!!!

Do not utilize this company. They are a complete waste of time and a joke, Their scheduling is very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment time way in advance for them to come out within a two hour window and then the day before I receive a text that they are coming out and it was the wrong day. The day of the appointment comes and then the app says that they are 11 minutes out and starts counting down and then states they are arriving, but no one arrives. I contact Sarah Roby in customer service who is awesome and she calls the tech and states he will call me which he does not. DO NOT USE THEM, You will be disappointed.

This company is a complete scam. Delivering faulty batteries , offering no customer service and having no shame. Save your time and money. Avoid.

This is a scam don't use this website. Purchased roadside assistance and no one showed up. Emailed support and have not heard back. I'm now disputing charges with my credit card company!

The 4 yr old battery in my vehicle failed with my car sitting in the loading zone of my apartment complex around noon. Attempted to get roadside service through my auto insurance and they could not give an ETA. Placed order for replacement battery via website and could not get an ETA. My vehicle can not be placed into neutral, have parking brake released without the battery. I called the 800 number and was placed on hold with obnoxiously loud on hold audio for so long it ran down my cell phone battery (which could not be recharged from the vehicle) After 6 hours the roadservice contractor dispatched by insurance company arrived and the vehicle was started with a booster battery. Since I still had not been given an eta from 800!Battery I drove vehicle 100 yards to the Autoparts store across the street and purchased the most expensive battery they sold.. Since it was after 7 pm and I had been outside in 25 degree weather waiting in my unheated vehicle I Went home plugged in my deadcell phone, fixed supper, and went to bed. The next day I turned on my cell phone and had a voice mail from 800 battery service tech saying that due to winter road conditions he could not provide an ETA when the battery I had ordered 24 hours ago would be here. That is when I finally was able to speak with anyone by calling the number on my caller ID to inform them that I bought a battery and was cancelling the order. Not only have I not seen a refund of the battey purchase, I get charged a “Dispatch Fee” for someone who never showed up. Cause if they had shown up, they had my apartment number and could have made their presence known because I was and still am at home. I should not pay for an order that wasn’t completed and service never received. (On two previous occasions I’ve had local mobile battery service contractors install new batteries in my vehicles - they provided an ETA when contacted, arrived within that time and completed the battery replacement. I will dispute the charges made by 800NoBattery on my Mastercard with the card issuer.

The ad said they could have a battery to me within as little as 90 mkinutes. I completed the on line purchase and they pushed me off till the next morning. Nobody called me the next morning. I called three times and they told me they couldn't contact their tech and i need to wait till noon to see if they could get a hold of anybody. Ugggggh. I called the good old AAA which i should have done at the start.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My order invoice showed I purchased an Exode battery and when the tech finally arrived, he told me I was getting a champion battery which is a much lower brand and quality of battery! ! I told them that I wanted to cancel my order and they told me they would, but we’re still charging me a $100 fee!! That is terrible business and completely unacceptable!! I would not recommend this company!!

Scheduled a battery replacement between 8-9 in the morning and informed I had to be somewhere by 11:00. No one showed up and when I tried to call the 800 number I could never get through in two hours. It would count down the callers in front of me until I was the next caller and then disconnect. Then the technician arrives at 11:30 when I’m gone. Really disappointed!!

My experience was poor. I tried to cancel my service repeatedly by phone and your web portal for several hours but was unable to get through to a representative. Ultimately, I could not cancel a service I no longer needed and was charged $112 for a dispatch that I'd spent a significant amount of time trying to cancel.

My appointment was at 11am they showed up at 3, which is ok, next day I noticed my heater stopped working, took it to a mechanic, found out the broke feeding hose for the coolant, which is on back order from Ford. Have been getting lyfts, which can be costly plus I will have to pay 240 to it fixed. I regret choosing this place, I should have gotten triple A.

While the web site is easy to navigate, their follow up to service needs improvement. They promised a certain date and time. The date and time passed with no service rendered. No email was sent or text. After two days I had to contact them to reschedule. They related it was supply problems which I can understand, it’s the lack of communication that scores them a 1

Had a dead battery in a parking lot. Found 1800Battery online, it had great ratings, so I went on their site. I put in my address to confirm that they had service- I live in a busy city- and then scheduled the jumpstart for asap. It was 5 pm in January so it was dark and cold. After an hour and a half, I called to find out how much longer it would be, only to be told that they were GOING TO CALL ME SOON TO TELL ME THEY COULDN'T GET TO ME UNTIL THE MORNING. I was sitting in dark parking lot with 2 kids. It is dangerous to offer a service where you know that the customer is completely stranded if they are scheduling a jumpstart ASAP only to make them wait for HOURS to tell them that they couldn't get service until the morning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

still waiting for the tech to arrive with the battery I've already paid for. $400.00 and 5 hours later and no battery. I am going to try and cancel the order now Very sorry I didn't read the reviews first. Apparently this is common

The service tech was great -- he knew his way around my 2009 prius like he had done a million of them, and it's not an easy one. Unfortunately, the 1800-battery communications system is atrocious. Appt. was scheduled for 9-11am. No word by 12:00. No one to call, no one to follow up with. I had to go online to chat, and they informed me it might be another hour or two and I would get a msg when the tech was on the way. Absolutely unacceptable in this day. I can't recommend this service because of the communications lapse, but the tech was great.

It's getting to a week and I still dont have a receipt for my insurance claims after calling 1 800 Battery three times about the same issue. Thanks. E Ansah
