No one likes hidden fees. Had you notified me if your ridiculous $1.00 per mile fee of $25, I would not have used your service. I do not live in a remote location, making the fee even more ridiculous

Tech never showed up on Monday between 5-7. Promised next morning at9:00 but also didn’t show. After several calls finally showed up after noon and had the wrong battery. Has to leave for the airport and only assume that he finished the job.

Delivered the wrong battery. The customer service rep on the phone was rude and told me I would pay a service charge if I refused the battery. Don't recommend buying form these guys Fullerton California.

Sent the incorrect battery after waiting all day. The battery did have the same warranty. Customer service when I called was very rude.

Phone reps lie to you and company uses bait and switch tactics. I bought a $300.00 Dihard battery, but they installed a $169.00 knockoff. Phone reps promised to replace and strung me along for 6 hours until supervisor said I was stuck with what they did.

I contacted 1 800 battery for a battery replacement on my 2017 Ford F-150. I asked them directly if they register the batteries to the vehicle. the customer service rep stated that they did register the batteries. The tech showed up and stated that they do not register batteries and that my vehicle did not need it it done. I showed the tech where it states on their website that my vehicle needs that service. he stated that he would cancel the call and i would have to call in to have a refund processed. I called to request a refund, spoke with Travis who said he did not have that authority to process refunds and then transferred me to Jason who began to belittle me stating that they replaced thousands of batteries, yet i apparently knew more about it than he did, and then proceeded to hang up on me.

I was really excited about the concept of not having to move my vehicle to get the battery changed, and I would have changed the battery myself, but it needs to be registered so I called for service. they were prompt, but did not have the required tool to install it correctly. he cancelled the call and said to call in for a refund. I called to request a refund, spoke with Travis who said he did not have that authority and transferred me to Jason who began to belittle me and then proceeded to hang up on me. I had to dispute the charge with me bank. i will never call them for service again.

I waited over 4 hours for the technician to arrive. When he did show up, he said he didn’t know how to change the battery and had to “google it.” I waited for 30 minutes while he watched YouTube videos in my front yard so I asked him if he was going to actually be able to do this. He was angry and said if I wanted to take it to a garage, I could do that. He started to pack up so I called the company for a refund. I was told by customer service that the technician would need to buy an additional tool in order to replace the battery but when I asked the technician if he knew where to get one, he said “I don’t know, a parts store? They may not even have it.” I asked customer service again for a refund and they said it would still cost $100 for the dispatch fee. I was told they would call me back but another 30 minutes and the technician left me with the battery. I am completely floored by how insane this process has been. I will never use this company again.

Horrible experience. Charged full price of replacement quoted of 276$ for 99$ jump. Horrible customer service. Didn't even get name correct after spelling out 3 times. They are there to play games and take your money. Beware.

Don't put a form in an email if it is just going to delete my review after I click submit. I dropped my review of 1800BATTERY to just 1 star for wasting my time.

1800 battery sent a technician over as there was no power in my Lexus. He was on his phone the entire time taking multiple calls. He installed the battery and the car turned on but then there were check engine lights that came on at the same time which I had never seen before. He immediately left and would not acknowledge any further issues. When I spoke with dispatch, they said it was possible that he forgot to bypass and would send him back. He never showed up and now my car won’t drive. If you have a battery or other issue, I think there are better solutions out there.

Technician was great. I ordered the battery the day before and also chatted to make sure the battery was the correct one. When they showed up the next day I was told it was the wrong battery and was told it would be 60 dollars more. I ended up paying 346 for a battery that every auto store carries for 216 but of a huge upcharge

First of all we only use Premium 3 and 4 yr batteries you can always save money by buying a cheaper product. There are 12-18 month batteries and refurbished. Second we come to you and warranty the installation. Third, you got a quote and tried to compare two different things. This is exactly why we only buy direct premium from Manufacturers. Lots of small regional types of shops actually scam the customer with inferior products. Good Luck!

I loved the service, but the billing process has been such a nightmare I would never recommend. I followed the instruction that the rep gave me on the phone to a T and it's now been weeks later, multiple phone calls, multiple promises of follow-ups, and absolutely no one can get me the credit adjustment I deserve because I ended up getting a lower cost service. All I hear is "our billing department is not here" "they're outsourced" "we have little contact with them" "they don't respond that much." None of this is okay and I'm utterly exhausted by wasting so much time on this.

I ordered a Odessy Battery but when the battery arrived it was not what I ordered. The serviceman, who was very nice , called the office and was told that they didn’t carry the Odessy battery but would send an equivalent. The service man installed the replacement battery. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO MY ASKING FOR THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE BATTERY,

Ordered a battery to be installed in one hour. 1.5 hours later called and was told only one tech, tomorrow? No needed today. 1.5 hours later tech arrived. Wrong battery. Tech said, "I told them wrong battery." 1 hour later; wrong battery. "I told them wrong battery." said the tech. Now must wait until tomorrow. Next day; right battery installed. About 20 hours late. Also tech forgot to reinstall battery shield around new battery. I'm OK paying premium prices for fast service but these guys are a joke. Buy elsewhere.

I would give a 0 if possible. I hired Jan 3- they were supposed to arrive at 11am- by 4pm ish they showed up without the correct battery- came back by 6pm put it in. It lasted a week of making weird sounds before having to be jumped again. Aaa had to come out and jump it. It died the next day. When I got back to town, I called the company, someone was supposed to come out Feb 2nd- no show- several calls later he shows up on the 3rd doesn’t knock to let me know he’s there or anything - apparently the wrong battery was installed … and apparently y another battery was put in and I was charged am additional $99!!!! Well guess what? I go to start it the next day.. guess what won’t start because the battery isn’t installed correctly…. I call and was put on hold for over 30 mins.. worst customer service and worst company ever!!!!! I want my full refunds!!!!
