What a great service, easy and affordable. The attention to detail with tracking of the service provider and accurate timing was great! Benjamin the service provider was awesome. He did a thorough check and spent the time to show the battery can be removed and tested outside of the car. He left me comfortable that my car was safe to drive with the new battery. I will definitely recommend your service to anyone I know if they have a battery issue. Thank you for offering a great service at an affordable price.

Ordered a car battery online with installation. 5 hours later, still no battery or email. Been on hold for an hour, while also no response on their chat feature.

I ordered a 4pm home service and technician turned up at 1030 am that delayed an appointment I was supposed to be at. Although effective the technician didn't have "a good bedside manner". When I asked about resetting the computer system he said I did not need to. He left quickly. The battery operated but the car anti collision controls, power steering and chassis settings do not work. I needed to take to a dealer that will charge me an additional $400 just to get it reprogrammed. I wish I knew this before purchasing your service

Saved the day! I had a completely dead battery so dead it wouldn't hold a charge long enough to get to the auto parts store and I don't have any close friends where I live- I was completely distraught for days. Then a Google search came up with 1-800-battery and a few hours later my vehicle was running again. The person they sent out was kind, professional, and reassuring. Took him less than 30 minutes! Hopefully I won't have to use this service again but if I do I'm definitely choosing this company.

So...it's been over 24 hours. No one ever contacted me or showed up to change my battery. I finally canceled my order after having to jump start my car for the 2nd day in a row. And haven't been issued any type of refund as of yet. Or have anyone reach out to ask me about me canceling.

The process was seamless. I knew it was battery issue but worry that it could be more. I have 2008 Prius still in good condition with all parts working. From the time I placed the order to the battery installation, the service went as planned with no hiccups. My only issue is the usability of the website email. The email was too wordy and I had to read a lot of text just to find the current status. My experience would be more relaxed, but i would still recommend this service.

Disabled customer unable to stand without a walker waited 7 hours outdoors in the hot sun for tech to appear, finally had to return to hospital where I have been inpatient for over 2 months following spinal surgery and make another appointment for the next day. Tech showed up on time and was supposed to already have the battery. He did not and had to leave and get the battery. 90 minutes later with me again waiting outdoors in even hotter sun he came back and began install. During process he actually DROPPED the battery! I told him that I did not think it would be a good idea to put that battery in my car and requested he go get another one. He told me that there was nothing wrong with the battery and he told me I certainly had the right to do so, but that if I did that it would not be him coming back to do it and I would have to reschedule for the next day. Fuming under the collar and faced with little choice in the matter I told him to go ahead with the install but to make a notation that the battery had been dropped. Car started when battery installed and I returned to the hospital. I then called to check he had made a notation that the battery had been dropped. He had not done so and the phone agent said he was unable to annotate a completed order and that I will have to call back Monday and speak to a supervisor. I will indeed follow up and do so. I think that GIVEN ALL THESE ISSUES AND HAVING TO SPEND A HUNDRED BUCKS TO GET THIS DONE THAT I SHOULD BE REFUNDED THE MONEY I HAD TO PAY!! I am going to ask the supervisor to do this but hold out little hope for that happening. I AM ONE VERY DISSATISFIED AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AT THIS POINT IN TIME!!!

The process was pretty straight forward, placed the order, they came the next day with battery and installed it. It o ly took about 30 minutes from when he showed up until he drove away. It was well worth it
