“First time using this company. Sheldon, the tech who delivered my car battery, was quick and efficient. he patiently answered my questions and had my car ready to go in no time. The new battery was almost identical the to Nissan battery. Have already recommended 1800Battery to friends and family. Will use it again for other battery needs.”

“Waited for 4 hours no update. I called and waited for 45 minutes with no answer and chat service didn’t work either. You’re better off not dealing with them”

“FIVE STARS for sure! Calling local places, I found there was no one able to come to my home to change my battery. I found 1-800-Battery.com and within 15 minutes had arrangements made. A nice young man came within my two hour time frame and took care of it. I'm very satisfied!”

“Awful experience, wasted my Saturday afternoon waiting for technician to arrive. Called 4 times with each call the customer service agent said he was on his way. There was no communication whatsoever and when I called the last time to cancel the whole thing there was no apology. 1 800 battery you should be ashamed of yourself and I will be contacting the better business bureau”

“What a great experience. I was surprised how quickly the battery was delivered and installed, same day less than 2 hours later. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. No need for me to do anything or have any special tools. And it was great that the technician took the dead battery away. Highly recommended.”

“Actually, I am pretty disappointed with the service and the overall experience. The agent arrived 20 minutes after the assigned timeframe. He didn't have anything identifying him as a 1-800 employee - no hat, shirt, id, etc. No signage on his car either. My wife asked him for some id and he showed her his phone with the appointment time. He had a poor attitude with my wife's questions and frankly, he was rude to her. With the price I paid - over $300 for a car battery - I expected more. Sorry, I will not be a repeat customer and I will not be recommending you to anyone.”

“I called on 10/23/2023 stating I needed a new battery installed at my home. I was pleasantly surprised that I was promised an installation at 5:45 PM that day and that a technician would call as he got close. I waited until 8:30 PM and had no visit or call by the technician. I called again on 10/24 and was promised the installation would take place at 5:45 PM. Isac arrived on time, installed the battery and then checked all the vehicle functions after the battery was installed. Great job done. Thank you so much. My original request was after a 2.5 week nightmare with AAA. They are done after 63 years.”

“I was not pleased once I made my appt; it was supposed to be between 8 and 10 am; when the time came and went, I called numerous times, and was put on eternal hold. I left a voice mail, which was never responded to, and I sent an email, which went unanswered. Finally someone showed up hours late and completed the task. My battery is supposed to have a three year warranty, but I was give no paperwork; what happens if something happens to the battery? And when I finally got the message that the tech was on the way, I was given no ETA; is he an hour away? 10 minutes? Very unhappy with the lack of response from this company.”

“The first battery the installer had picked up from the warehouse was dead.He was told this happens 10 times out of a hundred-asked to have the second battery tested before leaving,they said we don't do that. If it wasn't for the young man installing the second battery efficiently and being very polite and apologizing I would have lost my mind.All this took several hours,hopefully the installed was compensated.”

“New battery for my car with delivery and install was $432. Technician was nice, on-time and efficient. Cost was a bit high. Cost of exact same battery at a local store $270, so labor was $160 for 4 miles of travel and 10 minutes of work. Very convenient though!”
