“The service technician was great, but that was the only thing good about my experience. I did not end up needing the battery so the $359 invoice was changed to $99. I am STILL waiting for a refund from 12/22/23 and am getting absolutely no response from your company. As of right now I would not recommend you or post a positive review of your service. It may not matter to some people, but I can not afford to waste that much money for nothing. I really wanted to put up a good review for the tech, but do not feel I can do that after losing $260.”

“Rob Blank was beyond amazing. He was friendly and efficient in absolutely horrible weather conditions. We are thrilled with how quickly our battery was replaced. Rob’s service made it an outstanding experience.”

“Went online paid for the battery. According to the email that was received after payment, it showed that the technician would arrive with 2 hours and 3 minutes, but never showed. I sent a text meassage asking for an ETA, no response. I tehn called the next day and waited on hold for at least 30 minutes. The rep advised me that I would be receiving a text within a few minutes of status of the technician, and I waited, no text. I then called back a couple hours later and the rep stated that the technician was picking up the battery, and then will be on his way to my location. I gave the rep the gate code and building number and he said that he was relaying it the technician. I received a text about 30 minutes later indicating that the tech had arrived, with the description of his vehicle, I noticed that vehicle driving in to the complex and right past my location where I advised the rep that I was. I waited, thinking that he was turning around. I waited another 15 minutes, then called back. While on hold I walked the entire complex, finally locating the tech at another vehicle that wasn't even the same color as mine nor the same year. Finally got he battery replaced. I don't think I'll be using them again.”

“Giving 2 stars because the guy that installed the batteries each time was professional and very courteous. The issue is I've purchased two batteries within the last two years and the first one was dead at the 17 month mark, and more recently the battery only lasted 8 months. I was given every excuse why I couldn't get a refund, so I tried using them again, and like I stated earlier, the battery is dead at 8 months. I'll try again for a replacement battery, but if I get the run around again I'll never use them again. I don't believe these are new batteries as advertised.”

“Had a battery installed on 11/26. $400.00 it was cracked when installed. Had to replace it today. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. they will knowingly install damaged batteries. Avoid this company at all costs. I would give zero stars if i could. This company does not value your safety.”

“Placed an order - selected appointment time and date. Nobody showed up. I spent 6 hours trying to get ahold of someone from the company and no one ever responded. DO NOT TRUST”

“These 4 and 5 star reviews have got to be fake!! I had a poor installation of my battery and was promised a $50 refund. Not only did they never issue the refund but never had any intentions of doing so. I kept hearing billing doesn’t come in until noon. Customers can never speak with them. It’s bs!!! They type in the background like their contacting them but it’s all for show. Don’t do business with this company, you’ll regret it.”
