“Battery met my expectations. The replacement and installation went well but it happened later than promised time of between 3-5 p.m. However I'm satisfied with the service and recommend it. Thanks.”

“The young man that installed my battery was very efficient and polite. I have no paperwork. No warranty/no receipt no nothing in addition I am fearful of using my car as the battery is discharging while the car is running and my reset of the computer is no help. My neighbor had a look and asked me why I bought a used battery? I told him it was new for $360.00 and change and he had no further comment”

“Service was very good. I was kept informed about the time of arrival. When Richard Torres arrived, he replaced the battery quickly and was very pleasant considering how late he was working.”

“Excellent service, Paul did a great job of replacing my battery, he was gentle and respectful of the car. The price was on target, in fact better considering he came to me! I would have given 5 stars, but he did not make the window of time given, however this was easily taken care of with the online chat who told me he would text me with a link to live tracking. I would absolutely use these guys again and recommend their services.”

“I would definitely give a 5 star rating Charles the guy that came to help was prompt polite and fast not to mention I did not have to go behind him and fix anything I will use this service again instead of going to auto zone persae”

“Great price and service (coming out to you). However, I experienced an overnight delay in servicing, which was mildly annoying. That said, the staff were all super friendly and professional. I would absolutely reach out again if the need came up. I would just appreciate a better / more accurate servicing window follow-through.”

“The Customer Service was friendly and courteous. The tech, when he got to my house, was very nice, walked me through the issue and was very fast with the actual car battery replacement. My only issue is that the window for the service to happen not only moved, but the tech came about an hour and a half after the second window. Other than that, a very good service to use if you have the time.”

“My battery died and wouldn't take a jump. This service was quick easy and convenient. The mapping tool that showed the technician's progress to my car was super helpful and the tech was efficient and professional. It's a little pricey compared to self-installation but worth it if you have other things you have to do.”

“I love the concept of this service. While it all worked out in the end, the wait time of 10 hours late was not good. My advice would be to communicate to the customer who pays in advance for a service. It was a little expensive but the convenience was worth it. Would like to have a warranty in hand instead of calling when/if an issue comes up.”

“Installation service was outstanding. On time, not so good. My appointment was scheduled a day in advance for 1:00 pm. The technician arrived at 3:00 pm. Two hours late.”

“No one showed up to my original 8 am appointment - super frustrating, especially when chat support told me I would receive a call from the team in KC and didn’t. I ended up rescheduling for later in the afternoon, and the person *did* show up within the time frame I was given. They were super helpful and fast. Just frustrating dealing with the lack of communication in the morning”
