“Was courteous,helpful but a bit late from appointment time”

“Got the job done, but the customer service was terrible. My appointment was early morning by 10am. Long story short, it was another 2 hours before anyone got here. I called at 10:30 and I was told someone would arrive shortly, driver would text me to say he was on his way. No call, no text. He showed up at noon. However, he delivered and installed the battery, no problem. I feel someone should have contacted me at some point and told me they were running late. It happens sometimes.”

“The technician arrived 2 hours later than the given time window. Otherwise, the service was perfect. The technician removed the dead battery and installed the new one quickly. Then, he asked me to test the ignition before he left. The company may need to work on better scheduling, so as to make sure the technicians can make their time window.”

“Because the technician was overwhelmed that day, he did not arrive within the scheduled 2-hour window, and he did not contact me to tell me he would be late. I had to call the 800 number and wait on hold for nearly a half hour before a CSR was able to address the issue and confirm that he was coming, but would be an additional 90 minutes late. Once he got here, he was extremely apologetic, courteous and efficient and had the installation complete within 10 minutes.”

“The estimated wait time was an underestimate by 2 hours but I wasn't in a rush on a weekend day. The pricing was great - it was 40$ cheaper than getting the same service at a nearby auto shop, and was way more convenient and quick overall than that option. The technician Darnell was really friendly and efficient as well.”

“I was thankful that your mechanic could come to service my car the same day. I called late in the day and he showed up even though I thought he wouldn't. It was night time. He did all the work required, extra because my battery was in the wheel well. I never saw that before. He had the wrong battery replacement. I realize that can happen. He came back the next day and completed the job. Excellent work.”

“Battery met my expectations. The replacement and installation went well but it happened later than promised time of between 3-5 p.m. However I'm satisfied with the service and recommend it. Thanks.”

“The young man that installed my battery was very efficient and polite. I have no paperwork. No warranty/no receipt no nothing in addition I am fearful of using my car as the battery is discharging while the car is running and my reset of the computer is no help. My neighbor had a look and asked me why I bought a used battery? I told him it was new for $360.00 and change and he had no further comment”

“Excellent service, Paul did a great job of replacing my battery, he was gentle and respectful of the car. The price was on target, in fact better considering he came to me! I would have given 5 stars, but he did not make the window of time given, however this was easily taken care of with the online chat who told me he would text me with a link to live tracking. I would absolutely use these guys again and recommend their services.”

“I would definitely give a 5 star rating Charles the guy that came to help was prompt polite and fast not to mention I did not have to go behind him and fix anything I will use this service again instead of going to auto zone persae”
