“The service was great! The guy didn't put all of my battery parts back together. Great service came straight out and completed the job.”

“The technician arrived in a timely manner and installed the battery quickly and efficiently. The only concern that I have is that the price was $10 more by calling over the phone versus ordering online which is why I removed one star. The website was not working properly so I was not able to submit my order online or I definitely would have paid that route and saved that $10.”

“Overall a good experience. The original arrival time (between 3 & 5pm) was way off. Eddie didn't arrive until after 7:30, but when I called they said he was servicing all of Dallas/Fort Worth! You might want to hire more people! That being said Eddie was professional & courteous & got my new battery secured in a short amount of time.”

“Service was great, tech showed up as promised and installation was quick. The only issue was that I ordered an Interstate battery but they showed up with a DieHard battery. The battery was not even an option on the website. I guess not much you can do when you’re stranded. Tech said they don’t have Interstate batteries and customer service was no help saying it was the same price. Can’t help feeling like you’ve been ripped off.”

“The technician was friendly and polite and replaced my battery promptly. It seems there was a scheduling issue or you need additional techs because mine was scheduled for 3-5 p.m. and arrived at 7:15.”

“Got the job done, but the customer service was terrible. My appointment was early morning by 10am. Long story short, it was another 2 hours before anyone got here. I called at 10:30 and I was told someone would arrive shortly, driver would text me to say he was on his way. No call, no text. He showed up at noon. However, he delivered and installed the battery, no problem. I feel someone should have contacted me at some point and told me they were running late. It happens sometimes.”

“The technician arrived 2 hours later than the given time window. Otherwise, the service was perfect. The technician removed the dead battery and installed the new one quickly. Then, he asked me to test the ignition before he left. The company may need to work on better scheduling, so as to make sure the technicians can make their time window.”

“Because the technician was overwhelmed that day, he did not arrive within the scheduled 2-hour window, and he did not contact me to tell me he would be late. I had to call the 800 number and wait on hold for nearly a half hour before a CSR was able to address the issue and confirm that he was coming, but would be an additional 90 minutes late. Once he got here, he was extremely apologetic, courteous and efficient and had the installation complete within 10 minutes.”
