“Overall, the process was very simple. The only issue was that the service was apparently having a technology issue because every time that I tried to log in to check on the status, I was unable to do so. This required me to make multiple calls. Otherwise, it was extremely convenient having a technician come out to the house. He was great!”

“I scheduled online. The ticket showed the crew would be coming to my house in 3 hours and 3 minutes which was supposed to be 6PM. Nobody showed up. I sent an email at 8:30 PM. I received an unapologetic short email: "Your order is ASAP. the type of the battery was no in stock. We can get it tomorrow" The next day their crew showed up on time and replace the battery professionally. thanks”

“For the convenience, the cost of the battery and installation was well worth it. The Chat Rep Online, Ryan, was very helpful and calmed my fears about giving my personal information online by stating the chat and website was secure. It took longer than my estimated ETA; but when the mechanic, Paul, arrived he was able to quickly install my new battery. The mechanic was very polite. Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend this service. Rate: 4 Out of 5”

“Availability of the same day service got me un-stranded that day. The ETA and scheduling was not good. The guy who showed up later than the ETA did the job, but was unfriendly / rude, but ultimately helpful”

“Battery was delivered and installed within 2 hrs of ordering... Great! However my payment failed to include the promised $10 carbatt10 discount and l received zero paperwork regarding the transaction or warranty which would be needed if the battery dies.”

“Giving a 4. Service was great, however: 1. Quoted a time that was not met 2. Website indicated WHICH battery was needed, when the tech got to the house, he stated it was the wrong battery and it was more expensive. Of course...no surprise there. It was disappointing to say the least that I had to spend more than expected.”

“The concept is excellent. The execution needs a little work. I expected it to be faster. I ordered at 9am. Service was done at 2:30. I called for updates, and wasn’t always giving accurate information. The technician was excellent.”
