My battery died and wouldn't take a jump. This service was quick easy and convenient. The mapping tool that showed the technician's progress to my car was super helpful and the tech was efficient and professional. It's a little pricey compared to self-installation but worth it if you have other things you have to do.

I love the concept of this service. While it all worked out in the end, the wait time of 10 hours late was not good. My advice would be to communicate to the customer who pays in advance for a service. It was a little expensive but the convenience was worth it. Would like to have a warranty in hand instead of calling when/if an issue comes up.

Installation service was outstanding. On time, not so good. My appointment was scheduled a day in advance for 1:00 pm. The technician arrived at 3:00 pm. Two hours late.

Service was great when it arrived. Only issue was in information being provided when service would be performed. Had to call in twice to get information on technician timing.

No one showed up to my original 8 am appointment - super frustrating, especially when chat support told me I would receive a call from the team in KC and didn’t. I ended up rescheduling for later in the afternoon, and the person *did* show up within the time frame I was given. They were super helpful and fast. Just frustrating dealing with the lack of communication in the morning

Paul the service tech was great. The battery I got was not the one I chose to purchase. I got a lower quality battery.

The mechanic doing work was fast and courteous. Phone service SUCKS. No one answered the phone. The GOOD and the TERRIBLE.

When I scheduled & paid, estimate was 3 hours for delivery & install & status was basically acquiring the part. 3.5 hours later, the status had not changed so I got on the website chat & asked about my ETA. They said Austin area was crazy today & could we reschedule. It wasn’t critical, so I said ok for the next morning. From that point on, everything was great! Great guy arrived within the window, did the job efficiently & was very pleasant.

Our tech and customer service rep were super friendly. We knew it was a crapshoot trying to get a battery after a snowfall, but we got one delivered. My only negative experience was the site saying it would take 2 hours for the tech to come out and 4 hours later finding out that we were out of the service area. However, we were lucky enough to have someone drive out from Tacoma the next day.

Overall, the process was very simple. The only issue was that the service was apparently having a technology issue because every time that I tried to log in to check on the status, I was unable to do so. This required me to make multiple calls. Otherwise, it was extremely convenient having a technician come out to the house. He was great!

I scheduled online. The ticket showed the crew would be coming to my house in 3 hours and 3 minutes which was supposed to be 6PM. Nobody showed up. I sent an email at 8:30 PM. I received an unapologetic short email: "Your order is ASAP. the type of the battery was no in stock. We can get it tomorrow" The next day their crew showed up on time and replace the battery professionally. thanks
