“I give it a 4 star only because the company lags on communication. Tech rep that arrived was great. On time and professional. I understand that right now companies are having labor issues however once a service tech is assigned they should immediately contact the customer to create direct dialogue. It would make life a lot easier.”

“I was disappointed that I was told the tech would be at my home between 10 am-12 noon. He finally arrived at 4 pm. The tech was excellent and so I believe the office was at fault.”
