“Came on time and quickly changed battery even adjusted time to meet my schedule”

“Disappointing overall. The price was good for a car battery and the tech was efficient once he arrived, but there were unacceptable delays. First, the app somehow allowed me to select a time 2 weeks in the past. Fortunately, that was corrected quickly. I booked a time for the next day from 9-11 am and there was no tech anywhere near me by 2 pm. I then re-booked for the next day from 9-11 am and eventually saw the tech at 2 pm.”

“I was very impressed with the entire process. Cameron, the technician was great. I was in a bind and 1-800-Battery came through for me!! The entire process was completed in a couple of hours. I have already referred the company to others. Thank you very much!!!”

“Person showed up with out tools to remove and install battery. Was told that initial test would be made to battery and it was not. After install then given option to take out and put back old battery when vehicle still would not start. They did install new battery but not provided analysis as dispatch told us. We are over 70 and expected experts to help us.”

“Life saver! Living in Az is challenging with batteries . I was told that my battery was located in a difficult spot to reach. Well when my technician arrived he assured me that was not true. He was efficient and explained every move. It was a bit expensive but worth it.”

“The technician arrived on time, which was great. (2 hours after my order was placed) He swapped out my old battery for the new one I had selected quickly and efficiently. He was courteous. Done in ten minutes. I would definitely use 1-800- battery again.”

“I am thrilled with 1800Battery.com. My car, 24 years old with less than 80,000 miles (yes, I'm that little old lady driving a Volvo in all those jokes) needs jump starts, kindly afforded by my roadside assistance program. They have a limit, and so do I. The convenience of having a new battery installed, at my home, by a friendly professional certainly makes me happy and willing to offer a strong referral.”

“Used the app and ordered battery based on vehicle type and battery the app said I needed. It was wrong battery and they still charged me $100 for cancellation even though it was not my mistake.”
