Never use your services again. Rude customer service managers. Unprofessional company that can’t even contact there own staff who take your undelivered packages home for the weekend so you can’t even collect them from depo. I paid for next day delivery last Friday and Due to my complaining, to be more revengeful you’re staff have pushed my delivery date to Thursday two days away!! Awful AWFUL SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was expecting a delivery on Friday, the guy didn't turn up, apparently he couldn't find my address. Fine, it's a rural location. I called the customer service and the lady was able to google it ob google map straight away. Odd. I rearranged my delivery for Monday and I got nothing. No explanation about where my parcel is on the tracking service online. Spoke to another lady from the customers service and she couldn't be helpful at all. I'm going to call again and trying to find my parcel. Awful service so far.

Waybill number 9195094904. Sheer incompetence. My Panasonic Eva 1 camera has gone missing because of the incompetence of this company. On a previous issue with the same camera (waybill 7691233675) the DHL driver left it with a neighbour without putting a card through the door. I only found out that it was there because I logged on to the website to see what had happened. This time, the package didn't turn up, and I looked on the DHL website to see that it "had been delivered" . Tried to find out where it had been delivered. The "get signature proof of delivery" bit wouldn't work. Strange, thinks I. I get on to Panasonic Broadcast servicing in Wales who booked the courier and they said, after getting in touch with DHL, that the driver was claiming that he had delivered to my address, even though he didn't get a signature, and that there was a note on the door, with the name "Molbin" There was no note on the door, there is no name like "Molbin" related to any of the documentation on the package. The driver has lied about delivering to my address, and he has broken contract by not getting a signature. Where is my camera ? I await DHL reply with interest. Legal action on the way if my camera is not found.

Paid for next day delivery. Delivered to wrong address. DHL denied this, lied about where it was delivered. Refused to refund next day delivery cost

Dhl policy is to phone ahead of a delivery to see if the recipient answers. If there is no answer the parcel is put down as an attempted delivery with nobody at home. This saves the courier the drive, time, and cost. Unfortunately this is no help to those customers with poor mobile phone signal or who are working at the time and can net accept a call. A very poor service and many upset customers waiting at home for a parcel to be delivered and can’t understand how they have supposed to have missed the delivery, when in fact no attempt was ever made. Shame on you Dhl.

Terrible service, stressed out trying to get anywhere with my parcel being delivered. Wasted days sitting around and waiting for message to let me know that the order is delivered to local shop as I was at work. Local shop didn’t exist the driver never let the depot know about it and like an idiot tried to deliver to non existent shop 3 more days !!! I’m still waiting for my delivery

I paid £12 for some plants to be sent to me on a 24 hour service. I was told I would get notification of a time on the day of delivery. I didn’t. I was told it was being delivered. It wasn’t. I was told to make a claim as the delivery wasn’t even attempted. I can’t because I am not the seller. How do they stay in business? Other delivery services must be better than DHL UK Mail. Only in the UK do we put up with such poor service.

My parcel was supposed to arrive between 14:20 and 15:20 on 31 January 2019. The driver was on his 91 stop and my stop was 92. However my parcel had been delayed and now i am without it and wont be on on monday. The service is terrible and l was looking forward to receiving my parcel but that doesn't look like it will happen.

Awful! Would give 0 stars if possible. Sign up to get a notification when I was the next delivery stop - no text. Never the less I was in all evening waiting for it to be delivered between 18.42 and 19.42..... Checked on the tracker, apparently they tried to deliver. No doorbell no knock nothing not even a card. I check the 'event' on the website and find a gibberish message and pin ON THE WRONG ADDRESS! I check my detail and confirm that the delivery address is correct and it was. Now very concerned as it is pretty valuable item to me. Absolutely shoddy service. Try to rearrange for myself to go pick it up to find that the option is not available....great

Last week my parcel supposed to be delivered at my local shop. I had an email confirmation saying it ready for collection. At the next day I went to collect my parcel and the owner of the shop telling me that the courier come this morning and collect the parcel back. I try it to get through to customer service and i couldn't. 2 days ago I managed to get through to them as I was trying to track my parcel again then I got through to them. The guy I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful at all and than he hung up the phone on me for no reason. So I dial the number again asking to enter my shipment, after I did is telling me it will be delivered today Tuesday 28th January. All day I sat in home and waiting for the parcel. I try it to track again and then is telling me it has been send it back to the sender. And I still don't know what is the reason for it and no even update from the DHL to explain why. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced. The worst, useless and unprofessional customer service I have ever seen it. This is the first and last when I will ever use the DHL. If I had the options to give no one star i would. I wish the DHL will rot in hell.

I ordered to University halls, due to security reasons, delivery isn't allowed into our flats. What do they do, they don't leave it in the reception, they don't call me either, they say I weren't home and leave. They also don't specify the time of delivery, they just turn up, when you're in Uni you're not always home like they expect.

DHL – The Worst Parcel Service......... This company does not deserve 1 star !! DHL failed to deliver my parcel as promised. When you call to follow it up they make excuses that driver could not find my house. If this was the case why didn’t the driver call me. They promised me they would call me back – they do not call you back. When I called them again, as they did not call me back, I was informed the driver could not deliver today and they would contact me with a time slot for the next day delivery – I have still not received a date/time slot for my delivery. Customer Service is non-existent !! Impossible to deal with !!

Parcel arrived Monday, apparently required a VAT payment of which we hadn’t been informed. Demanded cash which we didn’t have. Wouldn’t wait while we made payment over the phone. Told parcel out for delivery on Tuesday, checked tracking at 5pm, there was a note to say delivery attempted but nobody at home, which was untrue as we’d cancelled arrangements to be there. Rearranged delivery for Thursday as we had an extremely important appointment Wednesday. 13.25 Wednesday received notification they’d attempted delivery! Phoned and was promised delivery today Thursday. Just had message through 18.15, to say they attempted delivery but no one one was home. I haven’t left my home all day. Their service stinks!!!!

I have tried everything with these lazy, incompetent fools. Most recently arranging for a collection point pick up to work with how incompetent I know they are. But unfortunately still no parcel. From what I can see they just lie about delivery attempts and you get your parcel when they get around to it. Customer service is almost non-existent even when you finally manage to get hold of them. DO NOT USE THESE CON MERCHANTS!

No sign of my parcel, dhl said they'll deliver it on the 14th of jan, its now a day late no sign of a message stating change of date and time useless service the first and last i'll be using dhl!!!!!!!!

Received SMS telling me The Parcel is Out For Delivery, Estimated for Delivery 19:16 - 20:16 BUT NOT Arrived. Next Day another SMS for Delivery 13:41 - 14:41 NOT Arrived. Tracking Number: CQ309481444DE

Avoid at all cost. It is impossible to speak to a human when something does go wrong, and with DHL, something is guaranteed to go wrong! I had a package sent from the UK to Da Nang, Vietnam. From the point of me entering the address of Da Nang into their system to it arriving in Vietnam, someone or something changed the city from Da Nang to Hanoi... Unsure how or why, but mistakes happen etc..... BUT after trying for 5 days to get through to a human, to simply request the change, it is impossible! Their only number 02476 937 770 is fully automated with no option anywhere to speak to a human operator... Possibly the worse company I have ever had to deal with!

DHL Express has missed it's delivery promises, lost parcels, sent confusing texts, telling you you were not in when you are, and several times you'll end up calling their (premium rate!) customer services to try to find out what's going on. There you'll be told that somehow its your fault, make up some reason that is obviously incorrect and can only apologise when you point it out. It seems the customer is never right.. It is one thing to make a or even more mistakes, those happen, and it's another when you pay for something, just to be treated as if you're done a favour for and provided no recourse for a service not delivered. I tend to be easy going but DHL is so absurdly frustrating to deal with you can only laugh.
