Hi There. Where Do I start? I was expecting an expensive International item and no prior notice was provided by DHL of when they might be delivering. Wjilst this in itself was not a problem, they knocked on the door- must have waited all of 2 seconds- then disappeared, without even leaving a calling card! Next thing I know they are saying no-one was in to receive the package - I ask you- during the COVID-19 lockdown ?? So I then spent one hour on the phone trying to get through as they said they wouldn't try again until Monday (this being Friday). Then - what do you know- someone rang the bell and knocked at 7.30 am no less- waking the whole house up but then dumping the package on the doorstep and doing a runner! Why they didn't simply leave the item on the doorstep in the first place is frankly a mystery to me since they couldn't be bothered to wait the 30 seconds it would have taken for me to reach the door!! Not impressed guys.. anyone could have stolen the item from outside including the goods inside worth £200.00 ! Hope I never have to deal with you impatient drivers again.

I always thought that DHL being an international company where professional, boy am I wrong. I live in the UK and we have post codes not zip codes, I assume that drivers in the UK can understand and read a post code. One package was attempted to deliver in the next town miles from me and another package was "delivered" to someone dozens of miles from me. DHL are total rubbish. I had to put a star to enable to post.

I placed an order with a food company who are using DHL to deliver. I paid extra for next day delivery and nothing arrived. I received no email from DHL explaining why my parcel hadn't arrived so I went on their website to check. It said my parcel was delayed but I've just had a phone call from the company I placed the order with and DHL has informed them that they've lost my order. Absolute joke.

Absolute joke of a company. Got the email with a four hour window for delivery, I sat and waited the whole time looking out the front window, it never arrived. Checked online and it said it WAS delivered during the time and left at my door, funny thing was there was no van or person near my house. Driver is supposed to take a photo - wasn't done. Do not use this company, they are a shambles.

Useless, paid for next day delivery - despite it being in their warehouse 10 minutes away they have delayed it for a week. After this, they just block communication from you so you cant get any help or support. Honestly equally as bad as Hermes. Avoid at all costs, go with ParcelForce that will actually deliver your parcel within time limits and provide support.

They are horrible. They say they attempted to deliver my package 2 days in a row. Marked as undeliverable even though I was home all day both days. Lies. I even authorized them to leave package at the door. Then they couldn’t find my address because I gave them the wrong zip code. Really? You mean the same zip code where the USPS, FED EX and UPS deliver packages everyday and have no problems? DHL is untrustworthy...and they lie....ALOT!!!!!!!!

DHL are absolute rubbish .... and what makes it worse is that you premium rate phone charges to try and contact them on their 0844 number Use ParcelForce every time ...

I work at a hospital and need a parcel, to get two and from work on my bike. So far - it's been rejected twice at at DHL collection shop, I've then stayed home for a day to wait in for the parcel, delivery date changed at 2pm to the following day. It's then been postponed twice including today, rearranged for Monday. When I'll be at work. The call centres do not phone back when promised. There is no logic to any of this, I just don't get how it can be this difficult for them. I really feel like you would have to intentionally go out of your way to be this unhelpful.

Drivers wait all of 2 secconds before doing 1, customer service was good but now have to wat 3 days to get my parcel, will never be using this set of monkeys again in favour of a more reliable and trust worthy company, IE dpd

Shame have to leave 1 star I didn't want to leave any. First of all on 23rd april i had a text saying I would recieve a delivery on 24th, it never arrived. No contact from DHL at all, then the sender sent an email saying my order is on it's way but no date given. This morning 30th april at just after 9 am I had a text from DHL saying I will receive my delivery today between 10.37 and 2.37 not a lot of notice i feel. I was asked if i wanted a text when my order was going to next delivery and guess what? NO TEXT. I wish companies like DHL would take on work that they can handle instead saying yes we can deliver every single order on time when they obviously cant. I will never deal anyone who uses DHL ever again.

3rd day in a row they have failed to deliver my Parcel despite giving my a 4 hour window. First day I was stop 62 and the tracking crashed at 59 even though they still had hours of delivery time left. Seceond day they lied and said they tried to deliver, despite me being in all day. Today they put as me as stop 75 and didn't even make it to 50. I paid for the most expensive service. If they can't fulfil it they could at least try and arrange something it to be delivered by someone who can get it to me. This could easily go on for days. I would be a lot more understanding if they offered an explanation and didn't lie.

What a joke. I am waiting at home on lockdown and got a notification that a courier couldn’t deliver because building was closed! I am home!

If I could give less I certainly would, my parcel is now 7 days late for delivery and after 4 email attempts to customer care with no response, i'm none the wiser to where my item is!!! No call centre, no live chat and no resposibility to the client that the item is clearly no longer in their possession. Total waste of time and would never use them again!!! Thought MyHermes was bad, these are utterly terrible!!! DHL should be ashamed of themselves, aftre a cororate buy-out allowing UK Mail to rebrand under their banner still offering p#ss poor service and duty of care to their customers.

I’ve asked to deliver my parcel to a safe locker as I was in work and unable to sign for it. Received a text message saying it’s ready for collection, with a security code. When I went to collect it, the locker opened, and there was nothing in it. I tried calling DHL, and they can’t look in to it till next week. It’s marked collected everywhere so I can’t get any help from the seller, eBay or Paypal! The delivery driver has nicked it and marked as delivered to the locker! Probably because they knew I’m helpless now! I will never ever buy anything that used dhl for delivery in the future!

I answered the door to a DHL driver with my delivery, obviously in light of the current Corona virus social distancing guidance. I stepped back and politely asked the driver if he could place my parcel on the doormat he abrubtly threw it to the ground turned about and left. Thankfully for his sake it wasn't a glass or fragile present inside. Disgusting behaviour and in know way professional. Sorely disappointed by this treatment.

Useless. What is the point of having a 'customer service number'which has 0 customer service agents. This is not a customer service number is an automated computer system which helps with sweet FA when you have an actual query
