“They are horrible. They say they attempted to deliver my package 2 days in a row. Marked as undeliverable even though I was home all day both days. Lies. I even authorized them to leave package at the door. Then they couldn’t find my address because I gave them the wrong zip code. Really? You mean the same zip code where the USPS, FED EX and UPS deliver packages everyday and have no problems? DHL is untrustworthy...and they lie....ALOT!!!!!!!!”

“I work at a hospital and need a parcel, to get two and from work on my bike. So far - it's been rejected twice at at DHL collection shop, I've then stayed home for a day to wait in for the parcel, delivery date changed at 2pm to the following day. It's then been postponed twice including today, rearranged for Monday. When I'll be at work. The call centres do not phone back when promised. There is no logic to any of this, I just don't get how it can be this difficult for them. I really feel like you would have to intentionally go out of your way to be this unhelpful.”

“Shame have to leave 1 star I didn't want to leave any. First of all on 23rd april i had a text saying I would recieve a delivery on 24th, it never arrived. No contact from DHL at all, then the sender sent an email saying my order is on it's way but no date given. This morning 30th april at just after 9 am I had a text from DHL saying I will receive my delivery today between 10.37 and 2.37 not a lot of notice i feel. I was asked if i wanted a text when my order was going to next delivery and guess what? NO TEXT. I wish companies like DHL would take on work that they can handle instead saying yes we can deliver every single order on time when they obviously cant. I will never deal anyone who uses DHL ever again.”
“3rd day in a row they have failed to deliver my Parcel despite giving my a 4 hour window.
First day I was stop 62 and the tracking crashed at 59 even though they still had hours of delivery time left.
Seceond day they lied and said they tried to deliver, despite me being in all day.
Today they put as me as stop 75 and didn't even make it to 50.
I paid for the most expensive service. If they can't fulfil it they could at least try and arrange something it to be delivered by someone who can get it to me.
This could easily go on for days.
I would be a lot more understanding if they offered an explanation and didn't lie.”
“If I could give less I certainly would, my parcel is now 7 days late for delivery and after 4 email attempts to customer care with no response, i'm none the wiser to where my item is!!! No call centre, no live chat and no resposibility to the client that the item is clearly no longer in their possession.

“I’ve asked to deliver my parcel to a safe locker as I was in work and unable to sign for it. Received a text message saying it’s ready for collection, with a security code. When I went to collect it, the locker opened, and there was nothing in it. I tried calling DHL, and they can’t look in to it till next week. It’s marked collected everywhere so I can’t get any help from the seller, eBay or Paypal! The delivery driver has nicked it and marked as delivered to the locker! Probably because they knew I’m helpless now! I will never ever buy anything that used dhl for delivery in the future!”
“I answered the door to a DHL driver with my delivery, obviously in light of the current Corona virus social distancing guidance. I stepped back and politely asked the driver if he could place my parcel on the doormat he abrubtly threw it to the ground turned about and left. Thankfully for his sake it wasn't a glass or fragile present inside. Disgusting behaviour and in know way professional. Sorely disappointed by this treatment.”

“I have never given any review, especially not negative ones but I will make an effort to find every website to rate this s**tty service with 1 star even if I have to make an account on every website. Customer service is absolute s**t, if I may say so. I've tried to call 5 times to ask where I'm supposed to pick up my package as the delivery guy neither came nor left a note. I did not receive my package as promised nor did I get a note where to pick it up.
Their website is not navigable, their drivers reckless and the hotline is absolute horror.

“After my eBay purchase in February, I checked the tracker to see that it has made it here in Perth. But apparently was not delivered. I kept trying to contact the company but kept getting put on hold for an hour or longer. As no one wanted to deal with it. I tried to contact them through email, but all they could tell me was that they were "investigating". Well that's not good enough!
These guys have a lot to answer for. From what the customer representative told me, there was a particular flight between Perth and Singapore where my package was supposedly lost/stolen. Now this is a goddamn disgrace. They really need to investigate their staff because they have been stealing things and quite frankly that is a joke. What a pathetic company these guys are! And I will NOT be getting anything delivered with DHL EVER in future again and will let everyone know how crappy this company have been. Go to hell!”
