Item was held at customs and required action from me within 14 days. DHL however only notified me about this after 3 months by which time the penalties cost more than the item itself and they still had the audacity to charge me an admin fee on top of that. Struggling to get any form of response from them just delayed the process even further.

Worst company ever!!!! Sent a product back for repair after recently purchasing and it breaking. DHL delivered it to the wrong address and left it in a safe place apparently, funny thing is well not so funny to me really, the address they delivered it to the company were not even open at the time due to covid so basically the delivery driver has just left my parcel outside somewhere and now DHL Will take no responsibility even though I had insurance not that I should need it considering they didn't even post it to the correct address, now I am down over £400 and iv had to replace this as its needed for my job. THANKS DHL GOOD JOB would give minus stars if it was possible

Most incompetent delivery service we have ever dealt with. Provided DHL with all the necessary information for our international package to go through customs, they verified that they received the information and then "accidentally" returned it to the shipper in Hong Kong. They tried to stop it when I complained but did not follow through and the package was returned to the shipper. They then said that we would have to pay to have it shipped again and if we wanted a refund on the first shipping charges, we would have to have the shipper file a claim which could take 2 or more weeks. All this time waiting for products and losing customer sales because DHL can't get their act together. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM DHL AS YOU CAN!!!!

well I don't know how to start i order something on 20 06 2020 ok they say I had a attempt of a delivery on 24 witch is a lie I still don't have my product today and I call them every day the same answer tomorrow and next day tomorrow again I wonder when is my lucky day its a disaster of a company my worst experience ever I speak as a buyer from now on when ever I want to buy something and I see DHL delivery i will avoid it at all cost

Sent 40kg in 4 parcels...one of them of 18kg disappeared in Bologna. DHL is unable to check where is the parcel, unable to say the three other parcels had been opened and badly closed . DHL STOLE MY PARCEL OF MORE THAN 4000€ VALUE.....NEVER MORE...NEVER BE CONFIDENT WITH THIS COMPANY

DHL is the worst service provide i have ever known, they promises us best service and fastest delivery and charge higher than all other shipping companies, but they don't have a vehicle in UK to pick up a 93KG shipment, just now i hang up with the UK and Dubai customer service as per them this is heavy weight shipment and they need 2 days to collect the shipment. Disgusting service Said parcel collected 17/6/20 Due to be delivered 13.30 to 15.30 on 18/6 by 18.30 parcel still not delivered by 18.30 we were drop no 55 and van was at drop 52. never moved and at 20.30 we had a message to say parcel was delivered at 12.00 but could not gain access. we were in all day and no van called!. After numerous calls to customer service that eventually said the vans GPS tracker went nowhere near our post code. Today we received a message to say parcel was delivered on the 18th and signed for. Strange, just going back and forth at the moment on an expensive item that they don't seem to care about, change their stories and frankly lie.

They never delivered our fathers special flowers ordered a month in advance from holland for his memorial service. The app and tracking just suddenly said no information available and no one responded to emails or the customer service calls. Very disappointed and given the choice would never use them as unreliable and appalling service. You can’t blame incompetent on The Covid situation, a packages scanned in the morning 15 min away from an address can’t suddenly be disappearing into thin air without explanation or an apology or a compensation. There should be fines for companies like this

My brother sent items from the Philippines and its antibiotic ,but upon arrival in UK ,i have to pay additional custom duty,FEDEX ,UPS AND ROYAL MAIL never ask me to pay anything. This company is crooks from her in UK to Philippines. I wonder if other countries are like that too. I pray that this company will close and SHUTDOWN. They are not into business they are corrupt and greedy business people around.

we received our delivery from Europe, it is an antique of Brass and Marble Clock, The parcel was delivered to me at my place of work when the driver was giving it to me his words were " it is not good packaging is it " as the box clearly was damaged in the way of ripped and dented with the bottom sagging. it is clear that the FRAGILE stickers HANDLE WITH CARE was not followed. as looking at the state it was thrown and shoved. so much so the Antique arrived Broken with the Glass of the clock face smashed the brass plinth at the bottom of the Mabel broke. the parcel did have foam protection on the key features so care was taken to secure the items. it is clear that manhandling was a cause of this whether at the airport or in Southampton ? I spoke to you tracking number on 08442480973 @ 7p per minute they then directed me to call another number being the customer services number on another 0844 number, i asked for a cheaper number and was told that was the only number. I then asked to be transferred and was told she can not do that. NOW i lodged complaint direct, although i believe it is intercepted so the CEO can not see how shocking his company is . I asked what they are going to do about the damaged antique which we have pictures of it previous condition and the condition now and also the lack of customer service in helping. We also own a company and export, and the funny thing is when i called the tracking number on Wednesday to chase the item the lady on the phone was more interested in signing up our company on a good deal with your deliveries than she was to tell us where the parcel was ! From experience DHL which i use or used to was fantastic in Germany where i use them but now i am having 2nd thoughts. so image shows there response. and please see the box which was RE packed in the Midlands depot, prior to delivery to us in Hampshire There initial reply >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> below Good afternoon xxxxxxxx, Thank you for your contact. I am so sorry to hear of the damage sustained to your shipment, this is certainly not the condition we expect any customer's shipment to be received in. As DHL's shipping contract is held with your sender in Spain any claim for damage will need to be a matter of discussion between these two parties. I would be most grateful if you can forward any photographs of the damage to me and I will forward this to DHL Spain. I've had 3 deliveries with DHL Parcels recently: 1. The driver didn't turn up at the times advised and I got a message saying he'd tried to make the delivery but I wasn't home when I'd been there the whole time and nobody had called. 2. I received an email and text message advising a delivery time for the next day. No delivery arrived, no contact, no explanation, impossible to find out where it was. The delivery finally turned up with no prior notice SIX days later. 3. I received an email and text message this morning advising that my parcel would be delivered between 16.17 and 18.17 today. No delivery arrived, no contact, no explanation. I wouldn't trust DHL Parcels to deliver an empty box, let alone anything valuable!

DHL needs to be taken down. DHL grossly neglects its duty to its customers and provides literally zero customer support. Not only was my parcel lost, but I did not get any compensation despite paying for insurance and was not even told that my package was lost. I had to find out my package was lost from a third party. The same WILL happen to YOU if you use this courier service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DHL TO MY WORST ENEMY.

DHL delivery guy really nice, unfortunately DHL has sticky fingers, my package opened foam protection removed software usb, and test leads stolen. Package taped up loose and put into DHL bag. Now DHL want more fees to deliver replacements, and tried to blame vendor.

I am certainly not surprised to see so many bad reviews.... DHL took a booking online, took full payment of course, could not send the package and are now refusing to return the money. Its officially been 2 months of me emailing customer service to no avail. This company is crooked save yourself the trouble and work with any other courier service in the world.

I shipped my item to a buyer in Belgium and I paid insurance in case of losing the item or damage. The tracking number is not working at all . I called the customer service support many times and after waiting 20-30 minutes on each call they end the call ! Finally after reaching them they were very rude to me and keep telling me it's not our problem and keep lying and saying the item is already delivered. The buyer didn't receive anything and i lost my item without any refund Don't waste your time and money
