I had an email from DHL saying my parcel had been collected then 12hrs later to say they hadn't got it! Try speaking to a human being at DHL? FORGET IT they dont exist. Where is my parcel? Who knows. Stick to using Royal Mail instead

Worst company ever. If possible I would give no stars. I was supposed to have delivery of and installation of a new gas cooker on 21st of Aug. The fitter refused to install the cooker because it was too close to a shelf it took 5 mins to remove the shelf but I had to wait 2 weeks for another booking. They rearranged for the cooker to be delivered and installed on 14th Sept. with a slot between 7am-11am. tracker first said they would be here between 7 and 8 then kept getting later by 10 mins. every few mins. Eventually got through to DHL at 1pm. who informed me the guy hadn't turn up for work, they didn't have the decency to phone and let me know. They then offered me another date which was almost 3 weeks later. Needless to say I cancelled and went AO who will deliver and fit in 4 days time. This item was ordered through Argos. How Argos use DHL is beyond me, they are a load of shysters.

EVERYTHING. WHY DON'T THEY SHOW UP AT ALL. THEY DONT SHOW UP IN TIME FRAME THEY SPECIFIED, THEN DON'T SHOW UP AT ALL. WHY DO BUSINESS USE THIS COMPANY. FRUSTRATING. THEY DON'T DESERVE ONE STAR.

My wife had a delivery today by the most rudest driver ever he asked for a photo of her and the package after asking twice for her name these people completely unprofessional and rude my wife tons him how disgusted she was I’m so angry

Unreliable courier service. Never had a consignment delivered on time and I don’t know why I thought today would be different. I suspect going forward I will boycott services who use this postal service or at the very least request postage via alternative means.

I have two parcels due for delivery last thursday the 10 sept 2020 never arrived ,so i rang there customer service team was told they had not been scanned in there warehouse ,but will arrive Friday the 11th sept .Well no parcels arrived on Friday, so rang DHL again was told still not scanned in there warehouse so will be delivered on Monay the 14th sept 2020 .Again no parcels another phone call later still unscanned sitting in a warehouse not coming out .Its the worst delivery company in the Uk as this is the second time its has happened to me and they just lie .I have told the company that used them as there paying for a service there not getting i am sick of how Dhl lies does not deliver so i really suggest everyone not to use this company as they do not send out as promised ..My shipment mumber 31498280005662

4 weeks... they are getting worse by the day. The expected delivery date on my package from Canada to India was august 22nd 2020. I paid $183 to get it shipped, its 9th September today and it still hasn't been delivered. I've gone to the level of including CEO John Peterson in my escalation email, and they still have no responsibility.

I have waiting months for an item to come into stock and when it does the Company despatch it via DHL and what happens DHL manage to deliver it to the wrong address - Who knows when I will now receive the item as trying to contact DHL is nigh on impossible their inhuman automated system still claims it has been delivered to the right address!! Suggest you avoid using this courier if at all possible

I wouldn't even give DHL one star but that was the only option... just bad in every way for a logistics company. They claim you can get updates on your packages... no you can't you can sign up three, four, even five times and still hear nothing. You try their ask a question box and their response is you gave a tracking number I can't look that up. I did not even put one number in my question.

"I can honestly not understand why anyone uses DHL. My company stopped using them years ago as their record of loosing packages and blatantly not caring about it was so bad" that's someone else words,but heat the nail. I am waiting for my deliveroo kit , They basically hijacked my package. done expect professionality for them don't expect being reliable they basically do whatever they want to and you just need to wait and accept whatever they have to offer which is nothing. DHL delivered some tables from Wayfair and rammed them into my shed managing to completely wreck it. I have made several complaints via telephone and have been completely ignored. It has just cost us £120 to replace it. I would advise anyone reading this to NEVER use DHL to deliver anything, their follow up customer service is appalling

Waiting all day for £900 worth of tools needed for a night shift, got texts saying would arrive 4:30pm - 5:30pm.... did not arrive at that time. Then got a message at 6pm saying driver be here within 5-15mins.... did not arrive. Called up to see where driver was.... says driver had failed delivery attempt as no one was in!!! Been in all day! And had to cancel my job for tonight! Unreliable and drivers obviously decide who they want to turn up to!! What worries me the most is that delivery is worth £900 !

Dreadful service, told me on three consecutive days that I was out-I wasn't, was waiting for them. Despite me not ordering re- delivery ( contacted the supplier instead) , got an email saying that they would deliver between 19.00 and 20.00 ( they don't deliver after 18.00 ) . Joke of a company. Do not use.

I am only leaving one star as I am unable to leave anything less, believe me I would if I could. I sent my son some books to help with his studies as he had an exam coming up. I did not want to use Hermes as found them to be unreliable, however DHL are far worse. I paid via Paypal for the postal service, including collection and extra for guaranteed delivery the next day. What a joke that is. M I received two messages via email from DHL saying collection would be between 09.15 - 10.15, no-one came. Checked my phone, new email, collection now 1.15pm - 2.15pm, ok, no-one came. Checked my phone , new email, collection now 14.39 - 16.39, and yes you've guessed, no-one came. Tried to contact customer service, what a joke, the reference number they gave me is not recognised. WHAT !!! went to use live chat, no-one there, leave an email if live chat is not live, obviously live chat is well and truly dead. Sent three emails, will I Geta reply maybe in a weeks time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... TOTAL DISGRACE

BE AWARE- Don’t spend a single dime on DHL services Disappointment Guaranteed Completely disjointed organization. Right hand don’t know what left hand is doing. The organization runs on mercy of the God. They don’t have process, people to handle your valued goods. I reached all the way to top- CEO but they are bunch of jokers who can’t help. My shipment has multiple boxes. Each box arrived via USA to Canada in different plane. Then they wait to all boxes to arrived for custom. Once custom done, it just get stuck in their warehouse for no reasons. The status update on the website shows - required additional info. No one will be able to tell what additional info. Then you are on mercy of someone sending an email asking something (only if you are lucky). Or you just run out of luck as there will be no one to help. You just get up every morning, spend end less hours on the phone with no real info., make sure you pray to the god because that can only come to rescue and wait for your lucky day. Unless you love the pain, there are many other options. Not sure with this kind of services, how this company get this big. They should not exist as their system is full of flaws. It is not because just this incident. When you looks closer, the company is built on worst tracking platform. I think I warned you enough. Decision is yours

I saw that the parcel was out for delivery this morning, so my wife and I made sure that we were here. At 1.45pm I thought that I would just check whether there was some holdup only to find that apparently I signed for the parcel, which had been delivered and signed for at 12. Checking the front door, I found that the parcel was left the doorstep. Neither myself or my wife signed for the parcel and hence I am far from impressed with the service of DHL. (The parcel contains a blood pressure monitor!) Additionally I tried to contact DHL via their website to inform them of my poor experience only to find that their contact form does not appear to accept standard UK Post Codes. It repeatedly indicates that the Post Code is not in the correct format.

Diabolical if you miss a delivery, I rearranged to a local shop for the next day, the parcel didn’t turn up, then I was unable to track due to errors even tho I was entering exactly the same Information I’d entered 24 hours earlier! unable to speak to anyone with just the option of retrying to enter a shipment or card number which I’m being told there’s an error against! Shocking!!!

The lousiest courier company I ever came across. A parcel was sent from France to me at Chennai. The label was tampered on the way with the description as "document' and so the concerned employee (one Priyanka) began to harass me as well as the sender asking us to send the original invoices and other documents unduly delaying the delivery. The parcel is supposed to contain an iron tonic for a patient in Chennai and the parcel was held up by DHL at Bangalore with nasty phone calls and demands of more and more documents. After almost a month, the consignment is still with DHL Bangalore and meanwhile the patient died. It was not a commercial shipment but the incompetent, incorrigible staff continued to persist on sending the original invoices, etc. We sent the required documents promptly. After several phone calls and emails (to both the sender and recipient), finally they say the matter is passed on to the customs and "if no queries are raised by the customs it will be cleared within 48 hours." This experience speaks volumes about the efficiency of this bitchy courier company - DHL.
